Coaches/Teams may choose any of the following courses to satisfy the CPR/First Aid requirement:

• American Red Cross - CPR for Professional Rescuers
• American Red Cross- Lifeguard Certification
• American Heart - Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR and AED
• Ellis & Associates lifeguard certification

Note that online-only courses are not deemed sufficient to satisfy this requirement.
