Member teams shall pay the following fees each year to RMSL: 

Dues and payment dates

1. June 1st
   1. League dues ($100 per season)
   2. Swimtopia subscription fee ($3.00 per athlete registered in Swimtopia)
   3. Insurance fee ($9.00 per active athlete and coach; roster required)
2. July 6th
   1. Prelims entry fees ($2.50 per individual entry; $5.00 per relay entry)
   2. Plus a true up payment of $12.00/new swimmers added after June 1st.

  Insurance fees:
  • Team rosters should be emailed to the RMSL treasurer ([email protected]; Excel/CSV file preferred) at the earliest possible date following registration, but no later than 6/2. 
  • Athlete rosters may be exported from Swimtopia 
    • (Manage Team>Reports> Athlete Count by Age Group); once exported to Excel/CSV, non-competing individuals, e.g., coaches & developmental swimmers, may be added to the roster for insurance purposes.
  • An athlete's registration record in Swimtopia will serve as dated evidence of team/league registration for purposes of (i) insurability under RMSL's general liability policy and (ii) any other event or dispute requiring proof of team registration.
• Swimtopia fees: Team fees for Swimtopia must match the number of the team’s registered athletes in the Swimtopia athlete roster as of July 7.
• There will be no refund or substitution of fees paid for dropped swimmers, and there will be no additions to team rosters for insurance purposes after July 1.
• Each team is responsible for collecting requisite RMSL waivers for registered athletes.
