Swimtopia - ACTION REQUIRED

Hi Teams,
As we migrate over to Swimtopia this season, we have a number of housekeeping items to complete. To ensure a smooth transition, it is important that each team complete the following steps prior to January 31, 2020.
- Swim Team Parent Rep Assignment: The following teams need to log in ASAP to assign their parent reps as roles within Swimtopia. If you don't complete this by January 31, you will no longer receive league communication. (Thank you to all of those that have already completed this step!)
- Ben Franklin, Homestead Farm II, Bow Mar South, Hampton Heights, Forest Park, Willow Creek II, Heritage Village, Green Oaks
- Review Meet Schedule: The league has uploaded all the regular season meets and championship meets to your teams schedule. Please review this schedule and update the following for each meet:

- Check the start time and location
- Add a description if they'd like
- Apply a job template to each meet that was imported (typically a home or away job template). And yes, if they already have job templates set up, they can continue to use those.
- Ensure Team Preferences are set up the way they'd like (and they can create a global team preference, then apply that to each meet if needed - it's under "Settings" in the upper right corner)
- Attach any files if needed (map to the pool, heat sheet when it becomes available), etc.
- If they want to auto-open and auto-close meet signups and job signups, they can set up those dates/times
- And it's really important that they don't unlink a meet or try to repurpose an existing meet into something else.

The list above isn't a comprehensive listing of season setup that is required each year - please ensure you follow the setup you would normally do. These steps are in addition to what we've done in the past (or a different process).
