Thank you very much for your time (and extra time) tonight as we considered implementing a new meet manager system this season. It was voted to implement Swimmingly as a league but teams with Dolphin Timing Systems have the option to opt out of Swimmingly this season. 

I know this was a fast decision and move for the league and I want to offer up any way I can help to ease the transition. Please don't hesistate to call me at 303-257-4385 or email me at [email protected] with questions, concerns, or a desire to opt out. If your team would like to opt out for the season, please let me know by 8 pm on Tuesday, February 17th.

2. Hayes Johnson is our contact at Swimmingly and his email is [email protected] - please feel free to reach out to him directly. 

I truly want the league to feel confident in our plans moving forward and I'd ask anyone with concerns, suggestions, or questions to reach out.
