Thank you so much for such incredible turnout for the league meeting last night! It was to hear questions that dug deeper into the logistics of implementation and the impacts to the each team and the league. Thank you for adventuring to a different location and navigating a large gathering!

A few next steps for all teams:

1. Set up your Clubhouse login. Visit: https://swimmingly.app/ and click Login button at the top of the screen. Then click, Sign Up. Follow the prompts.

2. Training Videos. Please review the training within Clubhouse and the training at https://swimminglyapp.com/training/

3. Please verify our records are correct on who received/didn't received their Swimmingly startup kit. 

Received Kit: Cherry Knolls, Southpark, Willow Creek II, Bow Mar South, Knolls, Green Oaks, Heritage Village, Homestead Farm II, Preserve, Sundance Hills

Didn't Receive Kit: Ben Franklin, Hampden Heights, Hunters Hill, Forest Park, Heritage Greens, Homestead Farm

Opt Out: Cherry Creek Vista, Homestead, Stonegate

4. Next RMSL Meeting will be the New Parent Rep training meeting. We'd encourage any first year parent reps to bring their entire team. 

5. Prelim/Finals Volunteer Shifts. Please go ahead and plan on the assigned team Prelim/Volunteer shifts that were send a few weeks ago. We may need to eliminate a few of these shifts later, but it's too soon to make the adjustments at this point.
