Hi RMSL,

Thank you for the meeting Tuesday. I know how hard it is to consider the changes we needed to make for the 2021 season. I'm grateful for the passion the league has to get kids in the water - no matter the format! Please see the attached Meeting Minutes and the parent reps contact info for scheduling meets. 

A few additional thoughts/needs:

1. Please review and let me know any questions or concerns over your teams league committee roles this year. I know some will not apply, but if yours does, please plan on fulfilling. 
2. Stonegate is in need of an Infinity Starter. With Swimmingly, the only way to get the light incorporated to the start is with an Infinity Starter. Stonegate is coming off of Dolphin timing and needs a light for some of their swimmers. Does any team plan to move to only a speaker? If so, could you loan, give or sell your infinity to Stonegate? Let me know if you are open to exploring this. Thank you!
3. A few teams have asked about Prelim/Finals fees to teams. In order to purchase awards/metals for swimmers in finals, we will likely need to charge teams a finals participation fee like in years past. We can discuss this at our May meeting in detail.
4. Schedules within Swimtopia or Swimmingly. Please build your own schedule by team within Swimtopia. There was a feature last year where the league could build out schedules. I didn't do that this year and many teams have already built theirs. If I did it now, it would override what other teams have built. I'm sorry I didn't do this in Jan - which is when I did for last season. Each team can just go in and build their schedule. In Swimmingly, only one team from the meet needs to schedule a meet - so it will be whoever is fastest :)
