Hey RMSL, 

It is so exciting to see swimmers back in the water! I know many teams started practice this week! As restrictions continue to loosen, in many cases disappear, it has been such a relief to see the season unfold. I was very concerned in January that a season would not be possible, I've never been so delighted to be wrong! 

As we seek to keep the league meets equally matched, we want to ensure we follow consistent meet conditions when holding virtual meets. In this way, please follow the following guideline when conducting a virtual meet against another team. Work with the opposing team to operate with the same number of stroke judges on deck as each other. The bylaws state that a minimum of 2 on deck are required on deck at any time.

We will discuss the rules for our prelim/final meet format at our June meeting. We want to ensure we have an even experiences across the league.
