Good Morning RMSL,

Please ensure every swimmer has the opportunity to enter your finals meet. I know this is different than in years past. But, in years past every swimmer that has swam in a minimum of 2 meets can enter the prelims meet. In combining the prelims/finals event, all swimmers are able to enter this one meet. Due to the Boys CHASSA season, we waived the minimum of 2 meets requirement for this year only. 

1. Finals Meet Declarations
   1. Each team will need to go into the meet in Clubhouse and enter the course at their home pool (SCY or SCM). This is important so that all times are converted properly when compiled. ("Update My Meet Course")
   2. Each team will need to turn OFF scoring on their Scorekeeper's iPad when the meet takes place. This must be done manually. (Minute mark 3:30 in Virtual Meet tutorial video on the Swimmingly training page)
   3. Each team will do their own entries and merge their own Heat Sheet. They will run their meet and publish their own results. The conversions and comparisons will then happen in Swimmingly. It is recommended that each team watch the Virtual Meet tutorial video in case they haven't run a virtual meet this summer.
2. To preserve finals meet integrity, please do not make changes to your meet entries (other than scratches) after July 2nd. You may substitute relay swimmers in the event of illness, travel, etc on the day of your meet but these changes should be minimal. This ensures we follow the standard meet procedures for finals.

3. Results will be published at the end of the day on July 17th. Metals will need to be picked up from Willow Creek II's pool. The date will depend on the timing of the last meet in the league finishing. The metals will be sorted by team but not labeled. The labels will need to be applied to your metals by each team.
