Please find attached the worksheet for calculating your team prelim/finals fees.  Per our last meeting, the fees will stay flat at $1 per individual entry and $2.50 per relay entry. 

Please send payment and email your Virtual Finals Heat Sheet by 7/6/2021. 

Instructions:

❖Finals Heat Sheet (due by 7/6):

1. Email your final heat sheet to: [email protected]
2. No additions to Finals are allowed after this version is sent in. Scratches can be made and relay alternates may be used to complete a relay. We do not need a list of alternates.

❖ Finals Fees (due by 7/6):

1. Mail/deliver this completed form with check/payment to:
   1. RMSL Treasurer, 4790 S Franklin St., Englewood CO 80113
   2. Make check payable to Rocky Mountain Swim League
2. Email entry total counts for individual and relays to: [email protected]
   1. The best we can tell, you will need to manually count from the heat sheet the number of entries
