Distribution List / Swimtopia – I think we have determined the issue with the email list in Swimtopia. Here’s the story - prior to 2020, our parent distribution list group was called Parent Rep (both to teams and to RMSL). Somewhere in 2020 the distribution list changed to "Swim Team Parent Rep."  If your parent reps are not on the “Swim Team Parent Rep” distribution list, the they are not getting emails. Please check your setting.   You need the BLUE banner (see below).  As a team, Ben Franklin will delete the role of Parent Rep (gray banner). See example below.
