This is a reminder that the next meeting is Tuesday (12/13/2022) at the Knolls Clubhouse (3400 E. Geddes Dr., Centennial, CO 80122) at 7pm.  

Remember that we will be voting on whether we will be keeping Swimmingly or switching to Meet Maestro, so each team needs to have either a parent rep or a meet manager at the meeting to vote for your team. If for some reason no one from your team can attend, then please email me the vote for your team by Tuesday at 7pm. This vote will determine which system we will be using for the next several years, so this vote is very important. Each team gets only 1 vote, so we need a vote from all 19 teams (that way there will not be a tie).

Other agenda items for Tuesday:

1. Review of league committee assignments for each team.  Please request any committee changes for your team or any committees your team is willing to take on (https://rmsl.swimtopia.com/league-committees).

2.  Follow up from Willow Creek 2 on the budget for metals.  This will help the league to decide if we need to increase prelims entrance fees.

3. Any last requests about home/away meets for the upcoming season.
