Please look over the updated new Parent Rep Info from South Park before our meeting next week (3/14). Once they have the info about the Dolphin Timers, they will add that information to this document at the end of Season 2023. At the meeting, we can let them know if anything else is needed to complete it before we post it on the league Swimtopia website.

Also, if there is anything you want added to the agenda for the meeting, please let me know by this Saturday (3/11).

And two important more things that need to be done asap: 

1. If your team has not created the 2023 season on your team's Swimtopia website yet, please do that asap (when I last checked, 3 teams still haven't yet).  The season must be updated to 2023 for Swimtopia to create the meet schedule.

2. Please check in your team Swimtopia website by going to Manage Team (upper right hand corner once you log in) - Settings (located at the top of the page) - Team Information - Preferred swim course (pool length). You need to make sure that you are in either S-Short course meters(25m) or Y-Short course yards(25yd) corresponding to your pool. It defaulted to S (meters) when the new season was created, but not all pools are meters. This is also important and needs to be done for Swimtopia to properly create the meet schedule.
