As many of you probably noticed, the meets are now up in Swimtopia. If you see anything wrong, let me know, since it is possible that I made a mistake when I created the spreadsheet for Swimtopia. Besides that, I’m forwarding you the information Swimtopia sent me once they got the meets up.  
Also, please be sure to get your Meet Managers, Treasurers, Starter Refs, Stroke Judges and any other Parent Reps connected in the Roles section of Swimtopia (Manage Team > Roles > Assign Roles > Add/Remove (it’s a blue button) > type in the name and save once it comes up). If you haven’t opened registration yet and the person in that role isn’t an admin, then they should show up again after they register their child(ren).

• If your meet entry preferences were already established, all of the imported meets will use those preferences as the default. If they haven’t been created already, you can set up meet entry preferences under Manage Team > Settings > Meet Entry Preferences. Then you can go into each meet and apply those preferences: Manage Team > Schedule > meet name > Team Preferences -- then click the white button that says "Actions," and then "Apply Team Preferences" -- see Meet Entry Preferences
• Review each meet and decide if you'd like to edit or add any more details, such as the name, location, description, etc.
• Add a job template to each meet -- see Job Templates
• Edit the meet status when you’re ready to open meet signups and volunteer signups -- see Meet or Event Status
• Under Meet Setup > Linking, never unlink a meet from RMSL -- this is necessary to keep home/visiting teams linked together and linked to the RMSL site.
• If you had already created meets on your Schedule, as long as they’re set to the same date, the imported meet will be merged with the meet you’ve already created. If the dates don’t match, you’ll have duplicate meets—please remove the meet that was manually created and leave the imported meet intact, as it has all the proper linking to the opposing team.
• Let your parents know they can follow the meet action with the SwimTopia mobile app -- see Tools to Inform Parents about SwimTopia’s Mobile App
