I just want to let everyone know that if you take a look under the entries for all the prelims and finals meets, you will see every swimmer grayed out with a not eligible status.  This is correct and will not change until the swimmer has been in 2 regular season meets (as long as they have at least 1 “splash” in each of the 2 meets it counts, where a splash is defined by Swimtopia as any swim even if it resulted in a DQ).  We are able to control this at the league level, so it will not be necessary for the parent reps to check every swimmer before they enter a prelims. If they are not eligible, they will not be able to enter.  Of course if your team is also requiring a certain amount of practices attended, then you will have to keep track of that on your own. We can only account for the minimum number of meets swam to enter prelims at the league level.  Let me know if you have any questions.
