Parent Reps, Meet Managers and Coaches,

The heat sheet for finals is attached with all the scratches changes, so check to see if an alternate from your team is now swimming. The heats with the alternates have also been removed, but we still have the alternates in the system just in case they are needed. So now the heat sheet has the estimated start times on it and just the 2 heats that will be swimming for each event.  Changes can now only be made at the scratch meeting in the morning, and only if a swimmer is sick and cannot make it.

Please print enough heat sheets for your coaches, parent reps, tent, etc. You can also go into Meet Maestro and print the Athlete Check-in for your team.

Parent reps, please bring any stopwatches your team has available (label them with your team letters) and your strobe light starter and Dolphin timers (these can stay in your car unless a backup one is needed) with you to the meet. Also, be sure to have labels available for your team’s volunteers to write on and wear so that it is obvious that they belong in the heating and timing areas for their shift. CCV is not planning on creating those labels, so you need to have them for your team’s volunteers.

Also remember that at least 1 parent rep from each team needs to stay after the meet until medals are done being labeled and trophies have been given out so that you can collect those for your team before you leave.
