Meet Managers and Parent Reps,

I'm attaching the Results file for today's finals meet.  In order to transfer the results to your team's Swimtopia site, you will need to go to Manage Team > Schedule > click on the Finals meet > click on the Results tab in the Finals meet > click on Import > Choose File > select the zip file attached to this email > Start Import.  Once the file is uploaded, it will tell you that the Status is Imported for the file.  This will allow you to see the results Summary, By Athlete, and Browser.

If you have any problems with the attached file, then you can download the results file in Meet Maestro by clicking on the setting icon in Meet Maestro > Finish & Export > Downloads.  Select Results as the export type, Hy-Tek HY3 as the export format and your team under team.  Click on Generate File and download that file.  Once you have that file, then follow the above steps to import it to your team's Swimtopia site.

This is the only way that you will get the results back into your team's Swimtopia site since I used the Advancers files from the 4 prelims meets to seed the finals meet. Also know that it might take a few minutes for the import to finish. Let me know if you have any questions.
