If you have a USA Swimming membership, you can get the training for free: 

1. Go to https://usaswimming.org/

2. Click "Login" at the top right and sign in. 

3. Click on "Education" and then "Course Catalog" 

4. Filter the courses by "Safe Sport" 

5. Complete the "Athlete Protection Training" program.

If you do not have a USA Swimming membership, you can pay for the training on U.S. Center for Safe Sport: 

1. Go to https://safesporttrained.org/

2. Click "Login" and then click "Sign up" 

3. Enter your information and use "N/A" for the organization ID. 

4. Once logged in, click "Catalog" 

5. Pay for and complete the SafeSport Trained Core course. It's also listed as "SafeSport Trained - Not Affiliated - FFS" in the listing. 

The U.S. Center for Safe Sport course is not swimming specific but covers most of the same material. Both courses are approximately 90 minutes.
