Heritage Village wanted me to forward some information that they figured out about a volunteer deposit option in Swimtopia that might save you some time (just in case you weren't aware of this option).

After the survey went out, Brian and I decided it was a good idea to start charging a "volunteer deposit" for missed volunteer jobs. We thought we'd have to collect checks or cash but Swimtopia has an area under registration where you can set up "Conditional Fees - Pre-Approve, Capture & Release". Meaning you can get consent to charge their CC if one fails show up for their job all during registration.
