IF YOU ARE NO LONGER THE PARENT REP FOR YOUR TEAM: you need to add the new parent reps and remove yourself so that they can get the emails from the league. Please forward THIS email to the new parent reps as well

Here are steps to update parent rep role in Swimtopia: 

• To Remove/ADD exiting Parent Reps from Role in Swimtopia: Manage Team ➡ Roles ➡ Assign Roles ➡ Find Swim Team Parent Reps. ➡ Add/Remove(blue button). Type in New Name to add OR click ‘X’ next to name to remove. ➡ Save At that spot you can also add the new parent reps.
