The RMSL Officials’ Course is now live. In the USA Swimming University, it is under “Officials” and “Rocky Mountain Swim League”. Users must create a free, online account. (If they are USA Swimming members, they do not need to create a new account—just use their membership account.) Here is a direct link to the course information page.  The cost of the course is $25.
