We are excited to kick off the 2025 RMSL Champion Season. Attached, you will find the Heat Sheet and Meet information for the 13-18 Prelims, which will be hosted by Stonegate on Monday, July 7th. We look forward to a wonderful meet.

Please see the following reminders:

* All teams are required to provide their own copies of heat sheets and Athlete Check-in sheets. For Athlete Check-in, you need to select your respective team.

* No lunch tickets for coaches will be served at any Preliminaries or Finals event. Each team is responsible for their own coaches.

* Elisa and Joy will collect the second league payment. As soon as the payment has been received, each team will receive five bracelets that will allow access to the heating area. Anyone without a bracelet is not allowed in the heating area.

* Protests can only be done by a parent representative with a bracelet.

* All spectators, athletes, and coaches must adhere to the RMSL Code of Conduct.

* Please be respectful of the Stonegate community, park in designated areas, and do not block any of their neighbors' driveways.
