We are excited to kick off the 2025 RMSL Champion Season. Attached, you will find the Heat Sheet for the 11-12 Prelims, which will be hosted by Homestead Farm II on Thursday, July 10th. We look forward to a wonderful meet.

Please see the following reminders:

* All teams are required to provide their own copies of heat sheets and Athlete Check-in sheets. For Athlete Check-in, you need to select your respective team.

* No lunch tickets for coaches will be served at any Preliminaries or Finals event. Each team is responsible for their own coaches.

* Bracelets are required to allow access to the heating area. Anyone without a bracelet is not allowed in the heating area.

* Protests can only be done by a parent representative with a bracelet.

* All spectators, athletes, and coaches must adhere to the RMSL Code of Conduct.

* Please be respectful of the Homestead Farm II community, park in designated areas, and do not block any of their neighbors' driveways.
